  • TMJ Massage focuses on relieving tension in the jaw, face, neck, and head. Our experience includes intraoral work to address the deeper muscles involved in TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder) which can cause pain, clenching, headaches and restricted movement, sinus pain, ear pain, even throat pain! If you book the first TMJ experience for 75 minutes we do a full body assessment that includes a massage of the hips as well.

  • For the TMJ Relief Massage experience the intra-oral portion can be intense. We make every effort to help make you as comfortable as possible by going slow and adjusting pressure.

    Our most intentionally intense experience can be the Corrective Myofascial Massage.

  • Most sessions are 40 or 60 minutes.

  • Weekly at first for chronic concerns, otherwise monthly for wellness.
