What is TMD or TMJ Massage?
TMJ Massage focuses on relieving tension in the jaw, face, neck, and head. Our experience includes intraoral work to address the deeper muscles involved in TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder) which can cause pain, clenching, headaches and restricted movement, sinus pain, ear pain, even throat pain!

Do I need to undress completely?
No. You undress to your comfort level and are always draped. However some techniques used during our experiences can be more effective if there is contact made with the skin.
